Get ready for platforming incarceration insanity in this new Megadrive game, Prisonela MD. These levels may be short, but fun!

Use your special parkour abilities to overcome all the obstacles, and avoid all the traps. Don’t expect to atone for your mistakes in this prison madhouse though. Each time you die, you’ll be warped to a completely different level where you’ll have to adapt and survive.

Prisonla MD has been created using MD Engine a Megadrive game engine to develop games without C or ASM knowledge.

The Story

Welcome to a world ravaged by oppression. An authoritarian regime has seized power, branding all dissidents as enemies of the state and casting them into a colossal fortress of despair - Prisonela. Here, enslaved creatures labor in twisted virtual environments, their suffering siphoned away as energy to fuel the lifestyle of the ruling elite.

But everything changes when the underground resistance strikes. In a daring act of sabotage, they plunge the prison into chaos, disabling security systems and throwing open cell doors. You awaken in the middle of this chaos, a prisoner desperate to seize the chance at freedom. Traps and guards lurk around every corner, engineered to crush all who dare disobey. Still, you are far from alone. Other captives also break free, and by rescuing them, you forge alliances that just might tip the balance. Survival depends on quick reflexes, swift action, and the faint hope that these corridors of darkness can be left behind forever...

The game also includes the ROM file you can burn and play on your original hardware if you have it!
